Grounding, Centering, and Shielding
MEDITATION

 

Grounding helps you make a strong connection to the Earth and gives you a sense of stability and security. Centering helps you find your inner strength and focus your attention there so you can be strong. Shielding helps you place a shield of subtle white light energy around your body. This will help protect you on many levels.

This meditation is for everyone and can be used at anytime. If you wake up in the middle of the night and you are scared, take the time to listen and practice this meditation. It will help shield and protect you while you are at your weakest.
